Matt Daly’s career started in February of 2014. He has helped of 1,500 families Buy or sell real estate. Over the past 9 years. He is here to walk you through an organized process from start to finish. From new home sales to investor purchases his experience is second to none. His vast knowledge in not only the sales aspect of new build homes but also the building process is profound. Along the way he has guided clients to the best of his abilities from helping to make choices at the design center, electrical options, custom choices, and many more facets that go into building a new home. He not only is good at what he does but he is passionate about it. Every client that walks in his door can feel it right away that
he is not there to sell you a house but help you build a home. In 2014 Matt started building a real estate career outside of the builder with his wife Valerie in Colorado. By 2020 he was a managing broker with 7 real estate licensees under his brokerage in Southern Colorado.
Matt and Valerie previously moved around quite a bit and understand the stress of a family moving often, Prior to real estate Matt spent 6 years with the Toronto Blue Jays right here in the Dunedin area. He feels back home here in Florida after moving his wife and three children to the area. He looks forward to helping Military clients, first time home buyers after over 1,500 families have either sold or purchased with him over the past 9 years. When not negotiating a real estate transaction for my buyers and or sellers Matt enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, on the golf course, out fishing, or
supporting his daughters cheer team.
